Important Notice Concerning the International Affairs Certification Program (IACP)
The IACP will end on July 1, 2019. Personnel near completion of IACP certification have until that date to complete their efforts, and IACP authorities
within each of the military departments may continue to issue IACP certifications until July 1, 2019. No new IACP certifications will be authorized
following that date. DSCA will stop supporting management of the IACP database effective October 1, 2019.

The International Affairs Certification Program (IACP) website and database is available on the Security Assistance Network (SAN) at:
